November 3, 2011. The Metro PCS in Jonesboror, GA is by far the worst representation for the Metro PCS company. Their customer service is a joke! Their products are sub-par at best and their employees are flip, rude and incompetent! This company has a long way to go and lots of improvements to make if they want to retain and attract new customers. Buyer beware,Metro PCS does not care! I tried unsuccessfully to get service for my samsung razor phone, and left the store in worse off than when I walked in. The employee was quite unprofessional and refused to offer assistance. 35b3c6c
