I can't even begin to tell you how much I absolutely HATE this company!!!!! I bought a touchscreen from them a few months ago and you would think that it would be like any other touchscreen that is out right now.Boy was I wrong!! The internet took FOREVER!!! to load and and downloading music was a f***ing joke!! On top of that when my screen stopped working and mind you the phone had insurance on it for a reason! I was told that I would still have to pay to get another phone! WTF YOU MEAN!!!! When I tried to explain to the fool that was on the other line with me all he could say was "sorry ma'am" sorry??? i dont give 2 sh*ts about your f***ing sorry give me a *** phone NOW!! after hearing that crap I told him to cancel my service immediately!! Of course the minute he heard the word cancel he got all up in arms and that's when he actually wanted to do something. Too late!!!

I went back to verizon and got a blackberry with them. Hey, I would rather pay more then to have to deal with the sh*t that I deal with when I was with Metro PCS. At least I have coverage *** near everywhere and I don't have to take a nap and wake up again in order to download something onto my phone!! smh *** YOU METRO!!! 35b37e3

Lol, you're an ***. Every insurance has a deductible. Learn to read. If you get into a car accident (if you even OWN a car) you have to pay a deductible and they pay the rest. That's how insurance works. I'm glad you hated Metro. I'm sure you're one of the moronic customers I deal with sometimes that make me sit back and thank goodness my frontal lobe is operational. Have fun getting ****ed out of your money for the next two years!!!
