A friend has metro PCS service on his cellphone. Having no transportation and no computer had difficulty paying his phone bill!. I, being the nice guy that I am offered to pay his bill with my credit online if he gave me the cash:. I paid $46 dollars towards the account, printed my receipt and collected the $46 dollars.. Well the next day, to my surprise, Metro PCS had charged $78 dollars to my account'. I tried to call and got put on hold 45 minutes.. The telephone representatives are ignorant and rude and had no clue how to solve my dilemma!. They just kept apologizing.. That doesn't get back the money they stole". I had to contest the charge with my bank. 35b1fab
