Multiple evenings when I attempted to send text messages, service was simply "not available at this time"/.
They have offered NO APPOLOGY?. NO EXPLAINATION!. NO REIMBURSEMENT?. NO NOTHING/. One office did reprogram my phone positive it was my phone, not their service.. I allowed them to do so:. A friend called me today after receiving my voice msg from days ago!
ANYONE ELSE HAVING THESE PROBLEMS WITH METRO PCS in the SF Bay Area? 128dbd8

Written by BJobSecure on November 3, 2010 from palm springs, california, US Metro PCS, Inc. promised to refund me $50 for my having paid for a month of service, only to have their service "down" all around me- and that was over 2 years, ago!! No store managers able to help, since their "hands are tied." What a bunch of bull-crap! When I contacted the customer service line, first, then twice, then on the 3rd attempt to reach a "live" person, I learned that the secret is to place the call, and then IMMEDIATELY MUTE THE MOUTHPIECE ON THE PHONE- somebody came on the phone after almost 2 minutes to speak with me, and that person actually even seemed surprised to be having to speak to me! I WILL NEVER TRUST "METRO PCS, INC.," OR ANY OF ITS EMPLOYEES EVER AGAIN!!!! (and I look forward to the day when they get caught cheating customers and have to close their doors, too!) |
