Five days after i purchased a phone from metro pcs, started to break up the phone calls, messages were not recieved by my friends, I couldn't go to metro location to report this issue, so i went today and I spoked to one of the managers, I explained the problem, and she asked me "when did you buy this phone? i said two weeks, she said you only have 7 days to returned a product as long as you a new customer, so the only thing i can do is reset your phone and if it continues with the problem bring it back.

that is very *** if you are not happy with something because is not performing well you have the right to get a refund. 128dc16

I have had this for approx 6 months. Can't get incoming calls at times,or can't make outgoing calls. Today I have tried everything and can't call out or receive. If you want reliable phone service DON'T get MAGIC JACK.

Sorry that you where not informed prior to finalizing the purchasing item. Here at our location we inform customers before finalizing the purchase that you have (30) thirty days with no less than (1)one hour of talk time. 

 

If it is a warranty issue you can exchange the handset at a warranty center. Sorry for the inconvenience.
