I have been with Metro PCS for about a year now and from the beginning my biggest complaint is trying to get a Live person to help resolve problems. When I have gotten a LIVE person after going through all the automated crap that disconnects constantly because the system does not understand plain English well you are lucky if you can get beyond hold. I have literally sat on hold for 15+ minutes and then been disconnected.

They recycle the phone numbers way too fast and finally after a year I was so tired of answering for the person before me that I got a new number. Initially always ask for a number that is new and not reissued to save yourself the hassel. Of course they didn't offer that when I got my first one.

Today I got so frustrated because they cut off my service because I had forgotten to pay my bill that the due date is today....who does that anywhere else. They don't wait until the following day after it is not paid but the due date....they like to piss off customers from the starting line. Then I try to pay over my cell and keep getting a *** automated service that can not understand my native language of ENGLISH so I am constantly cut off and have to call again. Also the recording tells me that if I do not pay with their Metro Card there is a $2 charge....what company does that anyway? Finally I try to get a customer service rep to get this resolved quickly and the message tells me that I can't talk to a rep until I pay my bill and then once again it cancels my call because it can not understand me.....Metro PCS hates it customers or they would make it easy to make a payment. This is Sunday so it is safe to assume there is not any stores open today so that is not an option either. Finally after failed attempts to pay my bill I go online and through many screens I am able to pay but their is no security emblems saying my payment is secure through their service or anything for that matter so who knows who else is getting my info.

After all that to get my bill paid I am LIVID and try to find some place on the site where I can send Customer Service an email explaining what a mess their system is. There is no email address but instead an address to mail any comments. Obviously they don't want to hear what their customers think because they HATE ALL THEIR CUSTOMERS!

My final conclusion is that I have a strong feeling this could be a fly by night company and I have seen it before. They try to get everyone to convert to their Metro Card with your money on it which is more than likely not backed by a US Bank but instead a foreign bank which has not guarantee's for depositors. Eventually they will fold and your money's will be history. Good luck ever seeing it again. Another company pulled this about 9 months ago and got away with millions even though the main company was in the US their Card was in a foreign bank. This is why they don't want any chummy relationships or Customer Service with their Customers. All their business practices are that of foreign countries and not U.S. I have never done service with a company that hates their customers so much and makes sure they are not their for them.

I do not recommend METRO PCS at all and will be changing services very soon!!!! Stick it Metro PCS you have just pissed me off for the last time!! 128dc79

Well that is nice to know but I did not see that on their website which is 80% sales of phones!  

The entire point is why should I drive to a location because their services to pay my bill through my mobile phone are so inferior. Customer service is a joke and if they cut off your phone you don't even have that option. Their automated system doesn't understand clear English? It is also obvious when you do get a Customer Service rep that they are all foreign and it is very hard to understand them. Which further supports my comments that they don't give a crap about their customers which should be English speaking if they are in the USA where English is our first language.  

During a time when the large Wireless Company's are focusing all their energy on excellence in Customer Service, Metro PCS obviously sees it as low priority. It will be their demise and they aren't seeing it.

Plenty of stores are open on Sunday. Don't make assumptions! Check the website, stores and hours are listed.
