A friend has metro PCS service on his cellphone. Having no transportation and no computer had difficulty paying his phone bill". I, being the nice guy that I am offered to pay his bill with my credit online if he gave me the cash/. I paid $46 dollars towards the account, printed my receipt and collected the $46 dollars?. Well the next day, to my surprise, Metro PCS had charged $78 dollars to my account!. I tried to call and got put on hold 45 minutes?. The telephone representatives are ignorant and rude and had no clue how to solve my dilemma|. They just kept apologizing;. That doesn't get back the money they stole!. I had to contest the charge with my bank. 128db9b
