I purchased a cell from 301 and 12th 3 months ago in sarasota, fl. from Metro Pcs and it stopped working. Today, this lady at the 301 store was rude, said the plug in was dirty. No way she could see in that tiny dark hole! she would not check the battery and refused me print out my cell numbers. My friends could not find dirt even with a magnigying glass. another metro store found no damage and said go to 301 and 12th! No way! Had service since 2006. Metro PCS really let me down severely!
