My wife and I got tired of the major cell services like AT&T, so we went with the no contract flat fee cell phone company known as Metro PCS. They were having a great deal on their so called Smart Phones. We got the two newest ones which we were told were top of the line. What a crock of crap. My call quality is no better than to tin cans and a piece of string. My web browsing is as if I am still on the Internet in 1990, very slow. Both the phones take over an hour to down load an app or even a you tube video. It takes us about five minutes to check one single email. And I don't want to get started on the text service, the touch screen key pad sucks so bad that you cant hardly ever touch the right letter. But worst of all, the so called customer service we got was the worst. Never in my life have I ever encountered such lack of common knowledge or dedication to a customer. My slaes person was rude, nasty and well simply put an *** to me and other people waiting behind me. My wife went down there to exchange her phone because she didn't like it, and the guy said no because she used it for more than an hour. So because she used the phone for over an hour she could not exchange it. Don't even worry about the fact that we paid over 200.00 for the phone, 250.00 for mine and 100.00 up front for the service". Good forbid that make a customer happy who just spent over $500/.00, oh no, that would be wrong?. If you ask me this company should rethink its strategy and restructure its customer values and service!. I for one am pissed off and will be spreading the word about this bogus cell phone company!. They are going to lose me, my wife and about 30 of my friends and family,and I hope that they spread the word to others as well.. And by looking at this website, I am not the only pissed off person?. I hope they fall and go bankrupt,. That is how mad I am. 128dd6e

Well that's a bunch of bullshit. Not to mention their commercials say unlimit yourself. Well here limited as to what we can do with our phones. Metro pcs is misleading their customers and false advertising their services. Now I have set up a Facebook page so hit the fb page cause I'm in the process of a class action lawsuit against metro pcs. I wanna shut them down and I will. As an artist I'm very creative so you had better get up early if your going to catch this worm. Facebook look for metro pcs sucks. |

No voice service in house in Clearwater FL,and absolutely no data service at work in Tampa. Tampa Bay is supposed to be one their prime service areas. When we told the store employee why were were cancelling, he said it must be our fault as to why we can't get a signal! We got all of our money back and for an extra 30 bucks a month we have a great data plan. You truly do get what you pay for!!! |

The only place I get decent service is on the major highways in my area. I live in the Metro Detroit area. I barely get service from work (one bar) I get no service from the Bowling Lanes (no bars) You might think I am crazy, but I've been using Metro PCS for over 3 years. But again, I can not see paying more than $40 a month for cell phone service, so I live with it. Not happily of course. But I refuse to feed the fat greedy hands of the big boys. You know, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon. They charge way more than they should, and they know it! So I stick with terrible service because of it! |
