after being on the phone for an hour waiting to talk to someone they said service will be down for 2 hours.i tried using my land line to call anyone with metro and said out of range then went to silence then dial tone after like 10 tries after. grrrrr if possible they could send a message saying they'll be working on it.and i hate you dont get discounts for your previously used phones we pay an arm and a leg for a phone and have crappy service i know then find something else well i cant afford but they lie there service isnt all that and the employee's can be rude!!! 128df2d
