I bought an android from metro and within 10 day it broke they told me to take it where I bought it and they would exchange it for a new one". When I did I was told I had to take it to a corporate store 15 miles on my day off/. When I did they said they would not exchange it?. The first time I charged it the wire pulled out that it plugs into!. They admitted on the phone that it was a faulty phone!. but they would not honor that at the store/. They said their customer service was mistaken on the phone due to they are customer service for 3 different phone companies I spent 223/.00 on the phone.. I was accused of doing the damage. 128dff9

I BOUGHT A PHONE 2 DAYS LATER SOME OF THE NUMBERS I CALL GOES STRAIGHT TO MSL-03 MY CALL CAN'T NOT BE PROCESS , I WHEN TO THE STORE I BOUGHT THE PHONE THEY TOLD ME THAT THE PHONE WAS NO GOOD THEY HAVE TO EXCHANGE 

BUT THAT STORE DOES NOT DO THAT THEY TRY TO SEND ME SOME WHERE ELSE I SAY NO I SPEND MY MONEY HERE NO MORE TALKING ILL SEE YOU IN COURT. IF EVERY PERSON THAT HAS A PROBLEM LIKE THIS TAKE ACTION THEY WILL STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE FOR MONEY ..
