I went on line to pay my Metro bill that was one day late, so therefore there was no service. So I inputed all of my information (including my email, and
credit card information) on the website which is Bill Matrix processes Metro's payments. WEll after it said that it was processing the payment an error came up and said sorry we are unable to process this payment at this time. So I went to my bank website ,.... Of course they had my money and my phone didnt work. So I tried to call Metro No way in *** can you talk to someone that is for sure, bc they kept saying you have to pay your bill 1st before you can talk to someone.
Both companies are just plain incompetant! Its Dec 23rd and this dumb a$$$ *** said it could take up to 72 hours ... I said so i am supposed to be without a phone for
Christmas.... I was so mad I couldnt even talk any more... I recomend if you use them Pay the fee at the store so you will know that the payment went through!! Freaking idjits!@
