In March I tried to buy a new cellphone in the Metro Central Hialeah, FL Office #2002(The New Samsung Caliber)that was on special with a good rebate. They told me they didn't have it, that it was in back order.
But after researching we found that they were only giving them to the new accounts. For the older accounts we are put simply on the waiting list. It's not even available throught the internet.
I believe this isn't right, and it isn't fair. It's ridiculous, and discriminates against your customers.
