METRO PCS HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CRAPPY PHONES.. WHEN MY DAUGHERS DIED WE HAD TO DRIVE TO THE LOCAL CORP OWNED METROPCS STORE|. THEY COULD NO PROVIDE A REPLACEMENT AND TOLD US TO DRIVE TO THE NEXT STORE 34 MILES AWAY?. THAT DONE THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO GET US A REPLACEMENT PHONE". A WEEK LATER WE TRY TO CALL TO SEE IN THE PHONE IS IN BUT GUESS WHAT... THEY DONT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER! I WAS ABLE TO GET OUR LOCAL STORE BUT WAS TOLD THEY DONT HAVE THE NUMBERS TO OTHER STORES. THEY GAVE ME A 888 NUMBER TO CALL. THAT OPERATOR SAID THEY DONT HAVE NUMBERS FOR THE STORES BUT I COULD CALL THE 888 NUMBER (NATURALLY, THAT MEANS I WOULD BE REDIALING THE PERSON I'M TALKING WITH). THEY COULD NOT EVEN GIVE ME A PHONE NUMBER TO THEIR CORP. OFFICES IN TEXAS. RATHER, THEY WANT ME TO DRIVE 68 MILES ROUND TRIP, MOST LIKELY TO BE TOLD, THAT OUR REPLACEMENT PHONE IS NOT YET IN - ESPECIALLY WITH THE HIGH COST OF GASOLINE TODAY! THINK ABOUT IT - METROPCS IS A CELL PHONE SERVICE PROVIDER. THEY ARE TRYING TO TELL CONSUMERS THAT THEY HAVE NO PHONES IN THEIR STORES? MIND YOU THOUGH I'VE BEEN LUCKY HERE SO FAR BECAUSE I'VE GOTTEN AROUND THE NON-HUMAN ANSWERING SYSTEM. 35b20e1

MetroPCS has the worst customer service but don`t blame for this to Metropcs but to the callcenter companies. Actually metropcs has very few customer service agents but most of the call centers getting your customer calls are at Phillipines, Mexico, Panama and so on...working slave-like schedules, not able to get festivity day off, getting unfairly punished and sanctioned even form a minute delay returning from lunch or restroom. just a hint: Telvista is one of the most expanded call center taking "care" for metro customers. This mexican-based call center has threaten metro customer service agents to fire them without any compensation if they do not comply to work on official festivities like Christmas or New Year Day, bribing them with SODA & DONUTS!! Telvista as well is mostly guilty for the bad customer service you get thru failing to provide their agents the proper training, tools, workspace and harrasing them about "handle time-speech rate-improvised rules" pennalties. Tell me, would you really expect GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE from somebody who has been threatened of getting fired if do not comply to work on New Year`s Day and getting 1 balloon, a can of soda and 2 donuts for that? I would ask MetroPCS to get really in touch with the call centers taking their customers calls. If Metro is not willing to fix this, it`s because Metro don`t really care for the attention their customers deserve!

these people are right. the service is garbage. I've been in wireless for years. since At&t broke up companies. I've worked with Bell Atlantic with Dan Hessy (now the ceo of sprint and help launch At&t wireless in GA the first time. 1997. Metros service does not work right here in GA. Is crap in NJ and NY as well. I think the person that made the comment (stop whinning is a jac ***. Perfect example of poor customer service. I've been in finance (revenue analyst), Sales and customer service in a wireless environment since 1986. Im having a problem with metro pcs now and cant get a rep. Try calling Verizon's customer service (611) I bet you get a representative. Metro have a ton of stores, but one office here in ga that I know of that offers any customer service at all and it is sloppy as ***. Theyre on pleasant hill rd / old norcross rd near toyota dealer. Go down there and let them have it. If you dont fight you dont get.

Wow a bunch of unhappy customers. Well depending on where you are the service is good and in other places it's not. Apparently you are all in places where the service is not up to par. But there are PLENTY of places where the service is outstanding. Florida, for instance, is a great market. Metro PCS is the #2 cell phone provider there. And no the phones DON'T suck. They have 6 Androids available, 3 of which have Gingerbread operating systems. If it's not for you it's not for you. No need coming on a site complaining about it. Just go to another carrier. But I for one LOVE Metro. Low cost, ALL FEATURES WORK THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO, fully upgradeable and if you find a person in the store who knows what they're doing you never need to deal with calling customer service; the rep will do it for you :grin So please don't bash Metro because you have had a bad experience. They're not the #1 pre-paid company in America for no reason.

METRO PCS SUCKS BEYOND ANYTHING I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! NO ONE AND I MEAN NO ONE CARES, IF YOU CAN EVEN GET TO TALK TO SOMEONE. 

My cell won't work in my home I have to go outside and I still drop calls!!! I'm paying for a service I can't get!!! And guess what, no one there cares...This is not the end of this issue, I will pursue it until Metro PCS is brought to justice!

Worst service out of all the wireless carriers ..you prepay for services you're absolutely not getting this is the biggest scam out there right now. I left Metropcs and went with Verizon they have Excellent service & customer service.

Metro PCS has the worst service I have ever experienced!! There were 3 employees working, 2 left the building(for whatever reason), leaving 6 people in the waiting area needing to be helped!! 

 

Metro PCS sucks 101%!!!

9 months ago, I came to USA to study. When I asked my friend to buy for me a cellphone, she bought one from MetroPCS and gave it to me. I didn't like it's style and ask her to return it and buy another one. She came to see me with 2cellphones and said "I asked the Store to return it and buy a new one. They seemed to agree and I chose the new one for you. But when they gave me the bill, they charged for 2 off them and said that I could not return the old one. So I asked to return the new one but they didn't agree." Then, I was very angry because I had to pay for all. They are no sim card cellphones. So, I could not sell it for anyone. I used MetroPCS for fews months. Then I knew AT&T and got a contract with them. I still got 2 MetroPCS cellphones in my closet, one new and one used. They're useless. MetroPCS is such a hopeless company that I would never buy any product again.

:( :( :( what i hate about metro is that i dnt get service in my house. i would have to go outside juss to talk on my phone. i would even have to set my phone in a window juss to send a text message. that gets on my nerves and their phones are no good.
