I pay for 3 phones from MetroPCS, Two 4G phones and one 3G phone. The 3G phone has a faster data connection than either of the 4G phones. The 4G phones are Samsung Indulges that cost $400 each, the 3g is an off brand $79 phone. Of course, the "Customer service" folks think 6 hours straight of "Waiting for Data connection" is perfectly acceptable for 4G service that is supposedly their Top tier "Unlimited" service. I cannot get a real person on the phone as the only customer service number is an automated service and has no option to get a human on the line. Talking to the folks at the retail stores (where I unfortunately bought my phones), is like trying to converse with a brick wall. 128e0e9

There is a resaon why this carrier is so inexpensive...there are times that I have sent txts to people, and they are never received and vice versa! Please do yourself a favor and pay the extra bucks and save yourself the heartache. |
