I paid my bill online which is $50.00 monthly. When I looked at my online bank statement I found that MetroPCS took 3 payments_within the space of 1 minute!

When I called Metro_getting through to a real person took 5 minutes 10:00 pm._I was told I will have to wait 4 to 6 weeks for my refund.

4 to 6 weeks when it took seconds for MetroPCS to take my money.

I like the service but I don't appreciate my money being taken. After a couple of dealings with customer service I rate that service with 1 star because I spoke with a real person...finally.

I wasn\'t registered when I wrote \"MetroPCS is making me wait because of their mistake\"...I was Pissed:(. Well I\'m still pissed off but I want everyone to know who complained.

i really like this article..i just want to appreciate you for this work..and i would like to read more article on this...this was the most helpful metro store i've been to yet. i had to get my samsung replaced under warranty because it just basically fizzled out.. and they were totally helpful about it and didn't ask me 50 times if i had taken the battery out and tried to turn it off etc. which is what i encountered at all the other metro stores i tried to have help with my problem... but they just took it in back, looked at it for a few minutes, printed up a receipt, and left a message a couple days later saying my phone was ready to pick up... now i have to get over there and pick it up!
