I went to pay my cell phone bill on Metro's website, which is all new now. I went to pay my bill, entered my info and pushed enter, to my surprise I got a error message, saying payment could not be processed, So I tried it again. Still the same message, so I thought it might be because the phone were on my Aunts account, so I entered the info with her phone number, same error message. I gave up.. I went to check my bank account and I see multiple withdrawals from Metropcs to the point they drained my account. I called them told them what happened and they basically didn't care I told them they drained my account and were getting ready to cause a big mess with bounce check fee's. All I ever got from them was "were sorry for the inconvenience, but at least you don't have to pay the bill next month". I reminded them it was there website that said there was a error and never did I get one conformation number and I want my money back. Bottom line after two days talking to them they said they would revise the charges, but it could take up to 2 weeks. This has cost me so much money. I'm switching to a different service, anyone know of a good one? 128e264

This was the same day I attempted to add travel talk on line and pay my bill which wasn't due until the 2nd. The payment wouldn't go through so I called and spoke to a rep to add travel talk - which NEVER worked - and tried to pay him, too - but their system was down - then they DISCONNECTED me two days before my due date which left me in another state with no way to call anyone!
