I have been having issues with my brand new LG Esteem rebooting and shutting down completely on its own. I purchased the phone December 12 at a local Metro PCS store. I have been going round and round with the store and LG about getting the phone fixed. I had paid over $400 for the phone and the Metro store would not order me a warranty phone because they say that all the warranty phones are refurbished!. They also advised that I should wait for this update:. LG has been saying to wait for this update as well.. However, I believe that this issue stems from a
hardware issue'. Many people say that they receive refurbished phones and they are still having the same issues?. I will not accept a refurbished phone for the
amount of money that I paid for the brand new one.. This is completely unacceptable! A
cell phone is supposed to be available when you need it, I am not aware of when my phone decides to shut itself down or reboots;. Recently it has been rebooting during phone calls". I am very upset about this issue! 35b22f3
