I'm not satisfy, not to a machine that don't have an idea what type of question I needed to ask, I want to talk to customer service when I call. make me think that all they do is sit around an gossip until it's time to go home. Even when you go into the store they not friendly or helpful to me, that why I whether mail it's in, so I don't deal with them either. Compare to other phone service Metro customer service suck. At least when you call the other Customer service you talk to a person, and that what I truly miss. I has complain about them too but it was about the text message. either way I rather have good relationship with my provider. thank alot 128e366
