I was going to use Metro pcs for my family cell phones. I tried them for one day the quality was terrible the reception non existent. It was just not the phones for us. When I went to return the phones the same day, the sales girl didn't want to let me return them. Then she said she did not know how to do returns and no one could help her since she was working all by her self. Then as I was starting to get angry at her stall tactic I was told there was a 35% restocking fee and I would have to come back on Monday when her boss was there so "Sonny" could do the return. 35b38f5
