I went to store # 8009 in Redlands, CA where I was kindly helped. The next day the phone was shut off due to their error of some kind. I asked for them to please fix it but they could not help me by phone. They said I had to go to the store to have it fixed (have the inconvenience of taking time off work and going there because of their error.) I spoke to Andre, the manager and he was so rude and unprofessional I hope he gets fired or I'll get a different carrier and NEVER go to that store again. 128e398
