If anyone has an email for their corporate headquarters or Finance/Accounting department, please send it to me! Thanks! Since no one seems to know this information... which is extremely difficult to believe. I have been to the store twice and called numerous times and I cannot get through to an accounting department. The only information I have been provided is an email address for the manager at the store I bought the phone from. And who is going to hold him or those store associates accountable?? Please email me if you know more information. I do not trust them to report this issue. 128e42e

I kept going back to the store and got the manager's email. I emailed him proof from the bank that I was charged twice. He informed me the accounting department had caught the mistake and I would be issued a refund soon. And I got my money back within 2 days.

They do not have a corporate email address. You have to call their toll free number or physically mail them a letter.
