MetroPCS is the most horrible cell phone carrier I have dealt with. I have been a customer of At&t, Verizon, Surewest, T-moblile, and formerly Metro Peice of ***. Most employees are nice, but the Management is horrible!. This should be the opposite way around:. Management has no customer service skills to handle any problem that arises.. They just point to the next manager above them". I will make sure to tell others that Metro PCS is not worth the money you are saving'. I save about $20 a month with them and they are the cheapest.. But with cheap rates comes with poor service'. One thing for sure you get what you pay for/. Poor Customer Service! 35b3a25
