| 1. Written by James Turner on December 9, 2011 I work for metro pcs. And I have NEVER had to switch a line to a new account to get a phone number. The Store you went to obviously had no idea what they were doing. Normally when we change a phone number it stays on the same account and there is a $5 fee due immediately. But if your phone was purchased 2 days previously the store should have called our dealer support group explained the situation and the charge would have been wiped off the account. It's stores like that, that are giving Metro Pcs a bad name. I apologize for the trouble you and your son had to go through to change a number. |
